Se incluye la posibilidad de aparcar un vehículo en una plaza de aparcamiento ubicado al lado del apartamento Se trata de un apartamento equipado con el menaje básico necesario. El acceso al apartamento está libre de barreras arquitectónicas (sin escalones) y se realiza directamente desde la calle. A su llegada, se le facilitará un código de acceso que le permitirá abrir la puerta de entrada. Se distribuye en un hall de entrada, salón con cocina americana, dormitorio en el que se encuentra la cama de matrimonio (1,35x1,90) con ropa de cama y baño completo con ducha. Está completamente equipado, con los servicios principales de cocina con lavavajillas, frigo, cafetera italiana, aire acondicionado, plancha, baño equipado con toallas, secador y gel, así como televisión y Wifi (fibra 100 mb) cuyo funcionamiento se detalla una vez realizada la reserva. No tiene detector de monóxido de carbono al no ser necesario, pues los servicios de calefacción y cocina son eléctricos. Existe la posibilidad de dotar el apartamento con trona o cuna de viaje si el huésped lo necesita, pero es imprescindible que lo avise mediante mensaje de Airbnb una vez realizada la reserva. Si necesita algún servicio adicional a los expuestos en el anuncio, no dude en solicitarlo por si está en nuestra mano poder facilitárselo o ayudarle a conseguirlo. El estudio está completamente a disposición del huésped y se puede hacer uso de todos los elementos descritos en la web., pero no se puede acceder a zonas comunes del edificio, tales como patios interiores, azotea o permanecer en los rellanos de las escaleras. El acceso se puede realizar sin necesidad de que haya una persona esperando para abrirles, pues al ser un acceso independiente desde la calle y contar con un cajetín de seguridad con clave a la entrada se puede acceder libremente una vez se facilite el código de acceso. Se proporciona un juego de llaves de la puerta dentro del cajetín de la entrada al apartamento. En caso de pérdida, se cobrará un suplemento de 35 € para hacer una copia de reemplazo. El apartamento dispone de internet (fibra de 600 mb) y televisión con puerto de USB, por si desea traerse sus propias películas, así como la TDT con los canales convencionales en español y SMARTV. Por respeto a otros huéspedes no se permiten fiestas ni fumar en el interior del apartamento.

The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Esta casa es mi propio hogar, donde yo mismo resido habitualmente. Se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio. Es muy soleada, tiene preciosas vistas sobre un palacio y sus jardines, y ningún escalón desde el exterior.
