The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. Please note that the property has two narrow and steep staircases and is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Please feel free to contact us to book dates that appear blocked out.

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two (but has a travel cot as well) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

The Garden Studio Graywalls Stroud

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.
