Nestled in the heart of the Argyle Community, this newly updated winterized cottage is available to guests all year. With the OFSC trails out front, sledders can enjoy their favourite winter pastime. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 35 minutes past North Bay in a gorgeous location surrounded by Kenny Forest with lots of hiking, fishing and awesome ATV/snowmobile trails. The cabin road is maintained year round and connects directly to the “A” trail. The cabin provides a small beach area and a large floating dock for jumping into the lake in a weed free area. Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
