Be here for the opening of fishing season and catch the "big one"! Pike, pickerel and bass are just waiting for the bait! Summer cottagers enjoy the sun, water and the Pickerel River System. Autumn is the most colourful time here, and absolutely beautiful! Come and relax anytime of the year!

Lakeside Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 35 minutes past North Bay in a gorgeous location surrounded by Kenny Forest with lots of hiking, fishing and awesome ATV/snowmobile trails. The cabin road is maintained year round and connects directly to the “A” trail. The cabin provides a small beach area and a large floating dock for jumping into the lake in a weed free area. Beautiful area for swimming or just relaxing on the dock! Includes a paddle boat, small kayak, canoe and SUPs

Min OF 7 DAYS IN JULY/AUGUST. Main house has 5 brds, 2 bathrooms, eat in kitchen, separate dinning rm . 2 full size fridges / washer & dryer. Wifi, games, BBQ & firepit. Bunkie has 2 sets of bunkbeds, small fridge, screened in porch & small dinning area. Boat dock / town boat launch within eyesight. Close to grocery, liquor store & chip truck. Lots of hiking trail & great fishing. Canoe & paddle boat, water floating pad for your use as well. Great snowmobiling in the winter.

I would like to welcome you to your home away from home with all the amenities that you would expect from a +2300 sq/ft luxury cottage on Lake Bernard just outside of Sundridge. Our cottage was fully renovated in fall of 2020. This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry.

Cozy Cabin on Lake Nipissing

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
