Es verfügt über einen größzügigen nach Süden ausgerichteten Balkonmit einem spektakulären Meerblick. Nautilus verfügt über einen spektakulären, großzügigenn Pool mit direktem Meerblick. Es wurde 2023 kernsaniert. Sämtliche Möbel und Einbauten wurden hochwertig erneuert. Das Apartment bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Schreibtisch kann auf Nachfrage gestellt werden.

This apartment consists of a romantic king-sized sleeping area, dining area seating 4, comfortable living area, small well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom, plenty of cupboard space, internet TV. The living area opens onto its patio and the garden. Sleeps 2 adults, sofa bed can accommodate children. The large solar water heater guarantees that your shower will never run cold and indoor heating removes any possible discomfort from the cool winter nights this desert island sometimes experiences.

Duplex situado en un tranquilo y seguro complejo cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, del parque acuático y del campo de golf. La playa está a 15min. caminando con un precioso paseo junto al mar. Enfrente del complejo hay un pequeño supermercado y a 10min. está el gimnasio Santa Rosa Sport. Por la situación no es imprescindible el coche ya que hay una parada de autobús a 5 min. de la casa, que te comunicara con Arrecife capital pero si quieres alquilar uno hay parking gratuito delante de la casa.
