We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

A tidy residential area close to beach, suits couples/solo traveller/business. (1-2 guests max). 400m beach, 250m RSA, supermarket, gas station, P.O., local cafes and restaurants, inc Fife Lane. ATM's, bikes, pharmacy, t/aways, laundromat. HANDY BLAKE PARK, BAY OVAL (short walk), Mount/Omanu GOLF, Tauranga AIRPORT. 5 mins drive (2.5 k’s)/20 min flat walk along Maunganui Rd to main shops/restaurant/Pilot Bay or approx 45 mins walk via the beautiful beach. Perfect base for Rotorua & Hobbiton.

Our place is in a quiet cul de sac with easy parking, we are close to the beach & Bayfair Mall. You have the entire downstairs area, which includes large bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed & TV (Netflix), fabulous bathroom with free standing bath & newly renovated kitchenette/laundry. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers & business travellers. Space also benefits from a lovely north facing garden & deck area with BBQ all perfect for alfresco dinning.

Centrally Located & Private Guest Studio

Enjoy a luxury escape at this centrally located studio; perfect for business or pleasure. The very comfy King size bed and large tiled shower are a guest favourite. Double glazed, the studio is quiet and on a private road with its own car park and separate entry. It is a very peaceful spot. We are just 2 minutes from Takitimu Drive/Pacific Coast Highway and a 5 minute drive from Tauranga CBD, Baycourt and the Tauranga hospital. Bethlehem, Mt Maunganui and Pāpāmoa are only 10 minutes away.

Mount Magic: by Beach and Park

A lovely two bedroom apartment. Bedroom one is a studio room with kitchenette, couches and dining and courtyard. A second spacious bedroom with second TV. A large fully tiled bathroom. Walk two minutes to the beach and Marine Parade walk and bike way. The guest suite is on the downstairs floor and is very private. We are right on Moa park with your own gate. Off-street parking is available. Close to central parade and the Mount attractions, this is a beautiful guest suite by the beach!

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Semi self-contained & central beach haven

Superbly located on Te Ngaio Rd in the heart of Mount Maunganui, this semi self-contained (no kitchen) accommodation is just 250 metres from the beach and a gentle 5 minute stroll to cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. There are two rooms. One generously large room has a queen bed and single bed. The other room is essentially a lounge with a sofa bed. Both rooms open out to a beautiful landscaped backyard that is shared with us and our 2 kids.

Omanu Seaside Studio 2

One bedroom downstairs studio in a great location. Perfect for a work stay or a couple wanting to enjoy this beautiful area. Two minute walk to the beach or a short stroll to a cafe, dairy, takeaways and patrolled swimming area. Mount Main Street or Bayfair are also only a few minutes drive away. Open plan living and kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. Lounge opens onto deck and grassed area.

Located in a quiet leafy cul de sac in the central avenues, this suite is on the ground floor of a family home. Short stroll to a variety of eateries, takeaways, supermarkets, local colleges, QEII, and Tauranga Hospital. Enjoy privacy and security with your own access and a fully fenced backyard.
