Hear the waves from your bedroom at night, make the most beach during the day or just relax in the sunshine on the deck. Complete refurbishment completed Dec 2021 - new roof, fresh paint inside and out , new carpet, new kitchen -ready for Xmas and the summer break. Close to beach, golf club, pools, shopping and cafes. Suit a small family or 3-4 adults wanting to get away from it all!

Retro beach bach + outdoor bath & shower

Life's a beach! Take a 150m stroll to stunning Papamoa Beach, frolic in the surf, cruise through the sand dunes and then rinse off the salt and sand under the outdoor rain shower. Bike the waterways to grab a coffee and bite to eat at one of the tasty local cafes. Time for lawn games and a vino while you fire up the BBQ on the sun drenched deck. Phew, sounding like a tough day? You'd better run a bath and soak up the starlit sky while you relax in the outdoor clawfoot bath....then repeat!

Laneway cottage

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

Sea Peeks

Original Kiwi holiday home from the past that has been added to and modernised to give you an ideal relaxed and comfortable holiday stay. This comfortable north facing fully fenced, three bedroom bach has great indoor/outdoor flow an outdoor hot shower and plenty of outdoor space to play. The Bach sits two houses back from the beach with peaceful sounds of the waves and peeks of the sea and Motiti Island. Pets are welcome to join you for you stay (refer to Pet House Rules below).

This hand built wooden cottage has plenty of character and flair. Constructed of wooden joinery, wooden weather boards, hardwood bench top. Nestled in the trees giving you complete privacy, but being soon close to town. The Rose Cottage is located only 10 min from the city centre, about 20 min to the Mount, 20 min to Bayfair Shopping Centre and 10 min to Tauranga Crossing it's about 10 min away from Tga Hospital and about 7 min to Bethlehem Town Centre Fernland Spa Pool 2 min driving

A 1980’s house, now used as a Bach. Laid back and cosy but has all the amenities you need for your stay.
