The kitchen is fully equipped. Only the Pool area is shared with other guests. WiFi is great 90% of the time.

Residential area to come in your own vehicle and res at my house, without giving up the proximity of interesting places & beaches.Due to urban regulations and to respect our neighbors, noise is not allowed from 11pm to 8am, bachelor parties, or parties Music is allowed if its volume does not bother anyone. Dos baños completos (suite y general). Comedor con cocina americana. Suite con sala de baño y vestidor. Habitación con dos literas. Sala de estar con TV, sillones y sofá (cama).
