Manilla (45 km NW of Tamworth) is at the junction of two rivers, the Namoi & Manilla, with Keepit & Split Rock Dams a 20-25 min drive. Beautiful Warrabah National Park is a 45-50 min drive.

It provides a secluded and quiet stay for families or small groups of 6 to get away from it all in comfort and luxury. Beautifully furnished with restored and vintage furniture and a carefully curated selection of artwork and treasures. For the winter months there is a cosy wood burning heater and an outdoor fire pit .

Little House in the Nursery happily sustainable

Only a little off the beaten track but a long way from worry. An old stable in the middle of an operating native seed farm, rebuilt almost entirely with repurposed materials to accommodate our children and their families when they come to stay. Comfortable, welcoming and idiosyncratic and, at the same time, highly functional and almost bullet proof. In the style of the country but definitely not Country Style.
