An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. My husband and I found this amazing river front home right before we retired. We wanted a retreat home where our 4 daughters and their families could experience the river, the woods, boating, tubing, fishing and swimming all in a nature setting. We love this home where at night, you can watch the deer feeding in the front yard and in early morning watch the manatees and otters playing in the river. At night make sure you light up the fire pit for smores and storytelling or jump in the hot tub.

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

15 Acre Water Front Home Suwannee River/Boat dock

The greenhouse River Ranch it is a 3000 square-foot four bedroom three bath home on 15 acres with a beautiful panoramic view of the historical Suwanee River in Lafayette County. Completely renovated from top to bottom in 2021 with comfort in mind for friends and family to enjoy. As you enter the gates a short drive through an open field large Hammock oaks and beautiful pines scattered throughout the property. On the ground level there is a outdoor shower bathroom and a full-size fridge.

Welcome to our "Camp House." Riverfront on the Santa Fe river, this is our family home and we hope you will find it perfect for relaxing and exploring river life. We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.
