Swimming, hiking and fishing all available nearby. Shopping & movie theaters approximately 25 minutes away. Sleeps up to two couples plus two twin beds in the loft. Fully equipped efficiency style kitchen, wood burning stove, living room and a full bath. Central heat, TV and internet are included. Come relax & enjoy!

Come Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It’s a great spot for a girls or couples weekend !!! Enjoy a big yard, newly built pond and a hot tub!! You get the whole house & property to yourself. The hot tub is a perfect spot for Stargazing on a clear night !! We have deer and turkeys that visit frequently. A newly built master bedroom overlooks the pond! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. This is a great spot unwind and recharge !

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
