This fabulous new custom home with a beautiful inviting interior has plenty of indoor/outdoor living spaces and is built for families and friends. All the bedrooms have pillow top queen beds and the main suite bathroom has a beautiful white shower with a waterfall head. Comfortable furniture and vibrant colors help make this beach house feel so inviting and comfortable you won’t want to leave.

The Lookout Bungalow

I invite you to come relax in this calm, cozy modern beach bungalow. Every detail thought out for your rest and relaxation on vacation and enjoyment enjoyment. A comfortable queen size bed welcomes you to enjoy a peaceful night of sleep at the Lookout. This tiny house has a kitchenette that has a fridge, microwave and beverage makers. I provide coffee and tea and a few snacks for you upon arrival. The bungalow is located on the back of the property on the second floor of a back house.

GVR02757 2 Bed 1 Bath apt. above the garage behind our house in the East End Historic District. The apt is completely separate from our house and is not occupied below. It has one bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and a few snacks and just about everything you need for cooking meals. Just blocks from Historic Downtown Strand area, UTMB, restaurants and one mile from the Beach.

Freeport Studios- Near Surfside Beach

Freeport Studios boasts beautiful grounds featuring 200 fully furnished studios with equipped kitchens and 2 three-bedroom homes. Our Studios are 10-15 min from the beach (Surfside/Quintana) Each studio includes a washer and dryer and access to several amenities such as grilling pavilions, a fitness center, and a recreation room with a pool table, ping pong table. Onsite bar Mon-Sat eves with food trucks and live music or a DJ on special days.
