Located in Royal James Landing, a private pool and picnic area are available for use just a few steps away. There are 6 bikes (4 adult/ 2 child) & 2 4-person golf carts. Beautifully furnished and remodeled sound front townhome located 1.5 blocks to the beach access. My home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home (3rd bedroom set up as an additional living area to take advantage of the view of the pool and sound). 1 Queen and 2 twins. Hands on owner has rented his beach homes for 29 years and is focused on excellent customer service so that his guests have a wonderful stay! Well stocked kitchen, wifi, full size washer/dryer, community pool and pier.

The House of Kai, 1 Block From The Beach

The House of Kai is a 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch. We are located on the north end of Carolina Beach which is known for it's laid back vibe. Although very private, please note that the driveway and backyard are a shared space w/our other rentals at the back of the property.
