This cozy 15 year old log cabin sleeps 6 comfortable and has that log cabin and log furniture feeling and look. Situated on the slopes of Mt Abrams with very easy ski in and out. With a outdoor fireplace on large deck. This is truly your log cabin experience and sking adventure. The cabin has great views of the mountain range for viewing in Fall and Winter. it has 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 4 Twin beds, and 1 Full size bunk bed. This log cabin sits half way up Mount Abrams so you ski in and out.

This newly updated ski-in/ ski- out Cascades condo is located on the Broadway trail in between Barker Mountain and South Ridge base lodge, with direct access to the Chondola and South Ridge lifts, Snowsports ski school, equipment rentals, and the popular Foggy Goggle ski bar! With 8 mountain peaks to explore, 139 trails and glades, 19 lifts, and 884 acres of skiable terrain - Sunday River truly offers something for everyone!

Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.
