Holiday house is located just 20 m from sea and city center of Sukosan. Beach is 700 m from the house. Size of the house is 41 m2, ground floor and first floor. In front of the house is private garden about 20 m2. There is 1 bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen with dining room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, garden with grill. In front of the house is available parking place. House has also free wifi, satellite tv and air-condition. Breakfast - optional - 12 eur per person /day

Kuća za odmor Sudinjevi dvori u potpunosti renovirana stara dalmatinska kuća idealna za obiteljski odmor s kapacitetom za 6 osoba. Kuća je na dvije etaže s prostranim dvorištem. Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC. Na katu su 3 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima i kupaonicama. Iz balkona se pruža lijep pogled na marinu i otoke. Kuća je u mirnom predjelu Sukošana.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

The villa features two en-suite bedrooms, a small additional room, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor area with a pool, sun loungers, and BBQ. I am available via Airbnb or phone and live only 10 minutes away if needed.
