This unique treehouse was built by me with my own two hands during the pandemic. The architect styled design is one of a kind with huge windows and custom bathroom/kitchen. My grandparents once owned and operated a dairy farm on the land. I want to share the treehouse and surrounding area with my guests. Located on the historic Rt 100 ski highway with easy access to Killington/Pico (20 min), Sugarbush (40 min) & Okemo (45 min). Private salt water hot tub directly under treehouse, new in 2026!

Enjoy the amenities within the complex including indoor & outdoor heated pool (seasonal), sauna and gym. Guests also have access to the outdoor skating rink and xc ski trails (weather permitting). Free use of ice skates, puff hockey equipment, snow shoes, xc skies, poles and sleds!

Secluded tiny house resort - DOG FRIENDLY

New tiny house, never lived in, but made to be comfortable. All amenities included: Air-condition, heat, WiFi, TV with cable, shower, tub, dry toilet, small full loft bed and full size couch futon, fire pit, river for swimming or fishing right out the door, small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster.ear three ski resorts (Killington, Okemo, Pico), Appalachian Long Trail two miles away, swinging bridge on trail beginning, White Rock hiking, lakes near for paddle boarding. After your day of skiing ends and you return to the unit, to experience the many amenities that the resort has to offer: indoor pool, eucalyptus steam room, two spas, sauna, fitness center,. You may prefer to stay in the unit and watch skiers come down the mountain.
