It sits on its own in its own field & if you enjoy the countryside, quietness, big skies, starry moonlit nights, wildlife, you will love it here. It has oak floors, comfy double bed, chairs, table, fridge, microwv, nespresso coffee, kettle, toaster, electric pan, airfr, woodburner, en-suite shower & toilet, Netflix TV, WIFI, Alexa. Outside a private south facing patio, table, chairs, Kadai fire pit/bbq, hot tub, pizza oven.

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

This beautifully refurbished traditional cottage is in the centre of Callander. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom with over bath shower and separate shower room. Cosy lounge with log burner, dining kitchen, dining room. Outdoors - pool and darts in cabin, outdoor area and parking. Wi fi, tv, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. Towels and bedding. Hot tub - bookable via host (surcharge applies). Up to two dogs welcome. Close to all amenities.

The exclusive electric hot tub is covered with a custom made wooden shelter for ultimate privacy and shelter from the Scottish weather. The sole hut is located in a small private paddock at the back of our farm in the village of Banton. With WiFi, smart TV, fridge, induction hob, microwave with oven, electric shower and hot water you can enjoy glamping without sacrificing your daily must-haves.

From the farm, enjoy beautiful views of the Menteith Hills and the Lake of Menteith, and set off on stunning walks right from your door. After a day of hiking, cycling, or exploring, unwind in the hot tub or by the fire. You can order a delicious meal from us and meet the cows as part of one of our experiences!

Luxury, en suite accommodation with exclusive use of private hot tub. Includes light breakfast and tea/coffee in room. The contemporary retreat with its own private entrance and decked area is located overlooking Allt a’ Chaorach stream. The Annexe at Loch View Farm is a two bedroom, unique self catering cottage. The Annexe overlooks the privately owned Cowden Loch and has front row seat views of the mountains surrounding the tranquil village of Comrie in Perthshire. Comrie is 2 miles away, with the picturesque town of Crieff 5 miles away, with Glasgow and Edinburgh around 60 minutes away. The Annexe is ideal for a couples getaway or family holiday, which has a hot tub and could include a range of activities.

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
