It is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, swimmers, kayakers & those wishing to experience the Scottish Highlands, within easy reach of Glasgow & Stirling. The mature gardens have extensive bird life, with red squirrels and deer visitors. The village has good train and bus connections and a few lovely old local pubs.

The newly built studio offers beautiful self contained accomodation. It is situated at the top of our large, garden and is seperate to our house. The bifold doors offer easy access to the patio and the picturesque scenery. There is free off street parking and our Hot tub is available by arrangement at an additional maintenance charge.

The Coach House is a charming space in a converted period building. There is private parking with electric charging point and outside seating area. The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! There is a kitchenette with breakfast provisions for your stay. A wood fired hot tub and private gated garden with stunning rural views is for your sole use. License no ST000931F

Our large detached studio contains two single beds with an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower and a basic kitchen corner. Kaimes Cottage is situated between Braco and Muthill on the A822 and Gleneagles is only 10 minutes away. 15 minutes to Dunblane and Crieff, 25 minutes to Doune Castle, where "Outlander" was filmed.
