The building amenities available to guests include: a full-size kitchen, racquetball court/yoga studio, sound bath, laundry, and lounge. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

This unit is located on the first-floor with a spacious bedroom, small sofa bed , full kitchen & living area.The unit has a shared laundry room.This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are strictly not allowed. Located close to the downtown and a quick 4 minute drive to Aspirus hospital and stores. It has a private entrance with door-coded doors. There are 3 steps to climb at the front porch. Off-street parking is available.
