Other things to note - No pets allowed - No smoking - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book

Modern amenities include wall to wall sliders leading out to the balcony & back lit mirrors in both baths. Utilize the outdoor gas grill for family meals, & balcony for lounging over the river while watching the boats come in.

Comfortable for the entire crew in this NEW 3 bedroom / 2 full-bath home in the heart of the Steinhatchee action. Exactly 1-mile from the boat ramp. Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.
