With an open floor plan, the lodge offers a loft and primary bedroom with a unique, spacious feel. Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or need to work remotely, our super-fast Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected with ease. Important: The spiral staircases are tight. Please be mindful if traveling with small children or elderly guests.

Cozy cabin in the woods. You can anchor in and enjoy the peaceful quiet of the cove, sit by the fire, laze in the hammock. Or take advantage of being centrally located to many Lake Norman amenities. You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Restaurants from pizza to upscale lake view dining are all close by. Full kitchen if you prefer to cook here.

The Cabin includes a spacious dock with room for up to 3 boats, enough to host friends and family for an evening of cocktails and fireworks. Sleeping Bear Cabin is nestled away in a private mountain community that has it's own lake and just a two minute drive to the New River at the entrance of the community. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.

Plenty of wildlife around including deer, fox, & various birds.
