Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Open floor plan ground level historic barn turned into an airbnb. All new kitchen area built. Okay fast wifi, Iowa State 10 mins away, Iowa rural but close to ames. Sleep in a trailer, sleep in a boat! Super chill atmosphere on 3 acres with porch to enjoy. Hotel accommodations like air conditioning, heat, clean sheets, towels and coffee/tea but camping style. Suite Dreams

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place! It is an "apartment", but it's the only one in the building. The Suite sits above a winery in a pastoral setting outside of town. You can relax in your own living space with Internet, Internet TV, and Wi-FI. A fully equipped kitchen including a wine fridge are at your convenience. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a TV, a phone charger, and lots of storage. The bathroom is super spacious with a full shower and includes a washer and dryer.

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Located on a beautiful homestead in the 'Bohemie Alps.' Walk up the hill to our 24' yurt, set with beautiful views overlooking the farm and Iowa countryside. Furnished with 2 full/queen beds, pull out couch, clean linens and towels. Set up with electricity and temp control. A true glamping experience in the heartland. Visit with llamas, goats, pigs, horses and hike around the property or stay in for a quiet stay with a good book and enjoy all the sights and sounds. Lots of extra 'add ons'

Bright, Comfortable Stay for Families & Groups

For guests staying an extended period, optional housekeeping services are available to help keep your space clean and comfortable throughout your stay. Our clean‑up crew is available on Thursdays, and the service is offered at $30 per hour. If you’d like to schedule a cleaning, just send a message and we’ll be happy to arrange it. If you prefer not to use the housekeeping service, no problem — your stay will simply include the standard cleaning fee.

Happy Valley is located at the end of a peaceful 4 mile gravel road. If you are looking for a peaceful nature get away this is your place. This 4 bedroom, 1896 farm house, is nestled in a beautiful valley on Clear Creek. Farm is located 25 minutes from Ames and Marshalltown. Owners live on the adjacent property; yet privacy between the homes. The driveway is shared between both homes. Walking trails available June-September.

Come sleep under the stars in this cozy galaxy bell tent. You can enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfortable King bed and stay comfortable with an air conditioner and heater. There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

Yet live big in our tiny home with full sized appliances, spacious fenced yard, large picture windows drawing in the sun. We are just a block from the Riverview Park and trail. It is calm industrial / residential on the north edge of Marshalltown.
