Located on Netley Creek in Petersfield with a private beach to enjoy all the outdoors and if the weather is not perfect enjoy the pool table, shuffle board and dart board inside. Ample parking. Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Sleeps 8 comfortably. Linens and towels provided. Pack your food and move in! Lots of parking onsite for all your ice fishing equipment! Wood burning fireplace for the cold winter nights. Just a 40 minute drive to the perimeter. July & August are 4 night minimum. Long weekends 3 night minimum.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests.
