Green Water is an awe inspiring custom property on the edge of the Lillooet River. The spacious upper guest lodge has two bedrooms w/ king beds, full kitchen, dining area, living area w/ fireplace, custom furniture, and patio w/ BBQ, dining table & seating. The shared outdoor oasis includes pond, dock, gazebo, picnic area, lawn area and private access to a sandy beach on the Lillooet river. Suite sleeps 4, but can fit up to 6 with the pull out couch. Guests over 4 are $30 per person per night.

Maximum 4 guests plus 1 dog. This cottage is located near Coopers Green Park along the shores of Halfmoon Bay and the Strait of Georgia. This is a fantastic place to launch your kayak, paddle board or even your boat at the public boat ramp. There are also many hiking and mountain biking trails

We are located a 7 minute drive down the Meadows from the town of Pemberton, situated along the meandering Ryan River. Our property has 5 acres of manicured lawns, huge cedar trees, and trails all around for you to explore. Please be advised that we live on an active logging road.
