This basement apartment has a private entrance with plenty of parking on the street, including trailers. No smoking, parties, or pets.

We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and NO children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.

About 45 min from the Salt Lake airport, on a deep lot that backs to the creek in a residential area, the cabin is delightful year-round.

The Backshack Loft is a 2nd floor loft with vaulted ceilings & comfy furnishings. It's a great space for up to 4 family members. There is a semi-private bedroom with a king bed, and one full bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, open large living area with a queen size sofa sleeper, and laundry facilities. There is a deck with views of the mountains, one (1) car parking in carport - please do NOT bring more than one car.
