Welcome to our remodeled, ranch-style home in Springdale! We have furnished the house to be a comfortable place to stay while you visit our hometown! You are a mile or less from a grocery store, restaurants, NWACC, and I49. With the house having easy, quick access to the hwy and centrally located in NWA, you can zip down to Fayetteville (~10min drive) to catch a football game or show at the Walton Arts Center or up to Bentonville/Rogers (~15min drive) to check out Crystal Bridges or Walmart HQ

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located & beautifully decorated home. Located just west of I-49 off 412, you'll be within a short drive of all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer, including some of the best mountain biking in the world in Bentonville. With the open, split bedroom floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and massive great room/ kitchen, there's plenty of space for the whole family, & privacy when you want it. Just 23 minutes from the U of A if you are in town for the game.

The Shack

Relax in this rennovated studio near the Beaver Shores community and Beaver Lake. The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. The Shack is a fully functional living space - complete with a driveway long enough to back in your boat, WiFi, full kitchen and bath, laundry, pull-out sleeper couch, two TVs and a separate master bed area with a beautiful pine feature wall.

Ray Ave Home 5 Min Downtown Drive

Sweet, relaxing ranch style home, in a quiet Fayetteville neighborhood. Sleeps four adults in two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. We have two full bathrooms and guest has access to a full kitchen! Living space equipped with TV, nice backyard with a cute patio, off-street parking, and wifi. We are located 2.2 mi from the Downtown Square, and an easy 3 mi from the UofA. The Mt Sequoyah Woods Trailhead is just ½ mile down the street, with great trails for hiking, jogging, or mountain biking.

The House of Vaughan

The Vaughn Haus is conveniently located between Bentonville and Fayetteville near the University, the global headquarters of Tyson, JB Hunt, Walmart and Sam’s Club, world renowned biking trails, art museums and dining. Vaughn Haus was built in 1950 where the original owners, The Vaughn Family, lived for 70 years. Aaron and Elle purchased this home in 2019 and spent a year renovating it for you to enjoy! Hardwood floors, bathroom tile, and several other features in the house are originals.
