Enjoy a BBQ on the patio while playing lawn games. Six daily passes, lake Okoboji access, outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, an indoor waterpark, a gym, an arcade, and on-site dining.

Come and enjoy the luxury of the 86” TV, sauna, fireplace, spacious fenced in back yard. The back yard is full of fun. It has a fire pit and a comfortable couch and a dining table.. We allow a capacity of 8 only. This is a strict no smoking which includes vaping property. No unauthorized guests.
