This 100 year old home has been restored to a rustic quaint vacation home. The house is ocean side (not ocean front). It is conveniently located with a short walking distance to the town centre (Church Street), and steps to the board walk and many other tourist attractions including the Mockbeggar Plantation and the Matthew!

Along the Shore B&B is located in the community of Melrose, in Trinity Bay North. The house, which is located on a very private lot, is considered a traditional Newfoundland biscuit box house. Melrose is centrally located between the historic towns of Trinity and Bonavista, and only minutes away from historic Port Union. Along the Shore has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, and Ragged Islands just off the shore of Melrose.

A classic sea side cottage with so much heritage charm. Many of the original architectural details on the exterior have been restored. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.

Sarah's Vacation Home

A cozy place to stay on your visit to beautiful Bonavista, you will find Sarah's Vacation Home to be exactly that. It was originally built over a hundred years ago and completely restored in 2019. Newly built in 2019, this house is centrally located in the historic Mockbeggar area of Bonavista. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, Old Days Pond boardwalk, churches, and the Matthew Legacy building.
