We are excited to share our beautiful lake home on Big Swan Lake! Our home is very accommodating with over 2,200 finished sq ft over three levels. The main level has a modern open floor plan, perfect for entertaining year-round. Below is a family room with a walk-out to the lake & a game room in the bonus garage. Great spot for swimming with a shallow, sandy bottom. Popular for ice-fishing, minutes away from Powder Ridge. Stay to relax or have family fun together, easy to get to, hard to leave!

Experience over 130 ft of private beach where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating (kayaks, paddleboards, pedalboat) & watching sunsets. Under a canopy of mature trees, there is a patio, gas & charcoal grills, firepit, yard games & swing set around a nearly 1-acre property. Level 1 features a full kitchen w/multiple dining areas; full bath w/tub; large living room w/fireplace, 2 pullout sofas; & lakefront primary suite w/fireplace. Level 2 includes a half bath w/ 2 bedrooms each sleeping 6.

Reel Simple 3 cabin on Nest Lake, Spicer MN

Reel Simple#3 is a beachfront duplex on the shore of the beautiful Nest Lake in Spicer, MN and Willmar, MN area. The living room and deck have panoramic views of the lake and beach and the relaxing atmosphere of Willow Bay. Boating, fishing and ice fishing are popular on the lake. The beach is a shared space with Willow Bay Community. We have two kayaks for you to paddle around the bay or a longer trip to the islands found on Nest Lake. You may also reserve one side of the cabin 3 dock.

Hand-hewn rock gas fireplace, massage chair, fully stocked modern kitchen, wifi, YouTube TV (local channels & espn) & streaming. Enjoy the gazebo & hot tub next to the cabin throughout the seasons. I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.
