L'appartamento, situato al 2° piano di un immobile sito nel centro storico di Taormina, dispone di una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, cucina/soggiorno (con divano letto matrimoniale) e balcone. L'alloggio è dotato di aria condizionata, riscaldamento, TV Smart 50” LED con ricezione satellitare, wifi gratuito, cassaforte e asciugacapelli. A pochi passi si trovano bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, la fermata dei bus urbani, la stazione dei taxi e la funivia che collega la città al mare.

La “Casa Marina” di mq. 45, è stata da poco restaurata ed è ubicata nel centro storico di Milazzo, sul panoramico lungomare della “Marina Garibaldi”. Nel raggio di pochi metri si trovano i principali servizi: ristoranti, pizzerie, paninerie, bar, farmacie, supermercati . Il porto ed il terminal per le navi e aliscafi, per le Isole Eolie sono a circa 600 mt. Il castello Arabo-Normanno e l’antico borgo, a circa 300mt. Le spiagge libere e le strutture balneari sono facilmente raggiungibili .
