Enjoy the quietness of the country at this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath family home. The property is connected to the local ATV and snowmobile trails and just one minute from the local grocery store and gas station. Home features a large fenced in backyard, fire pit and a pool table in the basement for entertainment. Kitchen is well stocked including a Keurig and complimentary K Cups. To keep the cost down, we don’t charge a cleaning fee so we just ask that you help us by tidying your way out.

This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Step out on the huge deck overlooking the property and water, relax, and enjoy your coffee, no rush here...

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. St. Stephen is a border town situated on the St. Croix river. We are an hour away from the historic towns of St. Johns and Fredricton, 2 hours away from Moncton and half an hour from whale watching or shopping in St. Andrews. Enjoy a tour to the chocolate factory in St. Stephen or a boardwalk along the St Croix river. Take a free ferry to Deer island or hike the many trails surrounding this area.
