Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

In the heart of our 1,500-strong merino flock, lots of walks or just watch some of our 6000 sheep walk past your cottage or in the paddocks .We have great internet , lots of DVD's in the cupboard along with free WFI.

Bushy Summers - A Nurturing Bayside Shack

As featured in Country Style Magazine, Galah Magazine, Love Shacks & Boutique Homes. Bushy Summers sits on the edge of Lettes Bay amongst neighbouring historic miner’s shacks. It is the most private shack in the bay and was lovingly restored in 2018 By Matthew & Claire using both sourced and up-cycled materials. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. 101 High Street is an original heritage sandstone cottage nestled in front of the beautiful Callington Mill & Distillery. This property is a classic example of a beautifully maintained heritage home in the southern midlands and encourages you to pull in, light the fire and make yourself at home. Beautiful furnishings and interiors throughout that entice you to really take a breath and embrace the countryside and village you're surrounded by.

Blue at Clifton Beach

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.

Hobart CBD , Salamanca Markets, restaurants and entertainment areas are all within a 15 min drive.
