Walking distance to restaurants and pubs (Mexican, pizza, Chinese, American/Bermudian). Supermarket is close by. Convenient to Highland Mountain Bike park, skiing, snowmobiling,, bike/walking trails, and the New Hampshire Lakes

Parking is right in front of the house and a keypad lock. Easy access in and out. AirBnB insists there is golf at my location. There is not.
