Ground-floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Our fully renovated 55 sq.m house, located in Triovasalos, has preserved its traditional style! It consists of one bedroom, a second space with a raised wooden double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a private large terrace outside. Your stay at the property combines the tranquility of nature with easy access to the beaches, the surrounding villages and the capital of the island. There is free parking next to the house. The villa can comfortably accomodate up to 5 guests, in two spacious bedrooms with double queen size beds each and a sofa bed in the living room area. Air-conditioned with kitchenette and free wi-fi. The balcony offers a dreamy view to the sea.
