Welcome to this home away from home, a full basement apartment located in the earth of Dieppe. This beautiful, new sub-division home is central to almost everything you ever need. Situated 9 minutes away from Romeo Leblanc Int'l Airport, 8 minutes away from CF Champlain Mall and several restaurants. Very close to Starbucks, Salvatore, Super Store & Dieppe market. Next to walking trail and 10 mins to Downtown Moncton. We are close to Parc Rotary St-Anselme, and 22 mins from Magic Mountain.

We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.
