The many creature comforts (Wifi, Netflix, Aircon, functional laundry and kitchen, cot/highchair) & large secure yard is perfect for travelling families and pets. The cottage is within walking distance to the CBD, Toowoomba Hospital and a short drive or ride share to Queen’s Park, Empire Theatre, Toowoomba City Golf Club, Gabbinbar Homestead and Preston Peak Winery.

Our newly renovated home in Toowoomba city is walking distance to the CBD, parks, cafes, major shopping centres. Our property is also under 1km distance to Toowoomba Base hospital. We have set the property up with your family in mind and can accomodate your furry friends(outside only) We also offer a comfortable space for the busy professional with a dedicated workspace available. For those that enjoy the chance to sit outside to relax, we have outdoor seating at the front & back of the house

Centrally located 5 minutes from the CBD, this detached private guest suite is the perfect stop over for anyone on a business trip, break or just passing through. It’s a simple, comfortable space with everything you need including a kitchenette, en-suite bathroom & air conditioning. It’s separate to the main home with a private entrance. Free Wifi & a light breakfast of cereals, porridge & milk included, along with essentials like a fridge, tea & coffee, microwave, cooking basics, & linen.

This charming 1920's cottage is full of character with high ceilings, decorative fireplace and combustion stove, 3 generous sized bedrooms, full family bathroom and en-suite and sunlit back deck. Jampot Cottage is located within walking distance to Laurel Bank Park, St Marys and Glennie Schools. Both the Toowoomba CBD, Toowoomba Hospital and Clifford Gardens shopping centre are also just a stones throw away. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry are provided as well as a dedicated work space.

Boutique Living East Toowoomba

Gumnut Cottage

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. This is not a large space but has most things you need when traveling.

Welcome to our most recent unit which we have incorporated all the things that we as Queenslanders love. Comfortable living and dining spaces, fully functional kitchen with German appliances and beautifully comfy queen bed with attached bathroom. Most of all a private veranda facing the most beautiful Park in Toowoomba for morning coffee or anytime of the day or night really! Walk to the City and many much loved local restaurants and cafes. The cottage reopens from November 2024 Dear guests, you have the whole cottage and front yard available to use, we also have the main building and studio which is at the back of cottage but separate entrance. You can only notice us living at the rear property occasionally while we use the driveway. We will give you the most privacy but one minute away for help when you need us. This renovated historic charm cottage is only a walking distance to Queens Park. Stylish and welcome!
