For Short Parties Venture to the Hobbit Hole for an additional 1 Queen, 2 Twins, & 1 fold-out Futon in front of a 55 55-inch TV. The Hobbit Hole is Eco Friendly. We saved material and kept the ceilings just 6 feet tall! Giant for a hobbit! Tall ones duck! Short Ceilings in the basement!!
