A private self contained studio apartment located in the quiet hillside suburb of South Hobart. Easy walking distance to some great attractions including the Cascade Brewery and the female factory. Five minute drive (3km), or a scenic half hour walk to the centre of Hobart, Salamanca markets and the wharf precinct. Note - There is a set of stairs alongside a steep driveway to the studio entrance and may not be suited to those with walking difficulties.
