Welcome to the Indie Farmer Shepherd's Hut. Located on a family farm in its own private 8-acre field surrounded by woodland in rural Sussex. The hut is the perfect retreat from the modern world and ideal for those looking to slow down. Highlights include the wood burner for keeping warm during the winter and the outdoor fire pit and tripod grill for cooking. There are lots of lovely walks on the farm and locally, along with a great pub. It is also 15 mins by car to the beach at Cooden, Bexhill.

Wilderness Wagon is a bow top gypsy wagon which is located in Lindfield Rural. The wagon is located in the bottom corner of our acre garden. Guests enjoy their own private gated haven with the most incredible view of the wild field that adjoins our property. The outdoor area offers cooking amenities and an al fresco dining space. Camby, our beloved converted ambulance is static on our drive with electric hook-up, heating, EV charging and WiFi available. Great for an overnight stay, or if you are working at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre which is a 20 minute walk from us. Basic, but a bit quirky and if you like staying in unusual places this is perfect. The local train station is a 15 minute walk away. Driveway parking is free. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Our lovely Gypsy Caravan gives you the opportunity to experience it first hand, positioned on the edge of woodland in a secluded part of our garden you'll wake to the sound of the countryside ! The property has easy access to local footpaths. We are situated in a semi-rural location on the edge of the New Forest, close to the town of Romsey and the cities of Salisbury, Southampton and Winchester, ideal location to go exploring.

Spacious Caravan in Combe Haven Holiday Park. Our holiday home sleeps up to 6 people. The caravan consists of 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed, two twin bed rooms with single beds. There are two toilets, one larger with a shower and heated towel rail, a dining area, TV, an open plan kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster. The caravan is double glazed and heated with fan heaters in each room.

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
