ONE bedroom condo-tel right on the beach! Has a king bed in the bedroom and a queen size convertible sofa in living room. Units are privately owned and run by an HOA. We have made many improvements to this prime location over the past few years. Our building is smack dab in the center of everything. You will not be disappointed! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
