Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

It is an idea base for exploring with Nar Valley and Peddars Way close by and a short drive to the Coast, Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton Estates.

Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages.

There are a variety of paths for lovely walks with plenty of wildlife. Accessible by a 3/4 mile unmade track, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, with a flat, dramatic landscape and fantastic sunsets. Finished to a high standard.

There are several lakes on the 275 acre site. (please note entry or any activities on any of the lakes is prohibited without authorisation.) There is ample parking for 5 vehicles Spacious open plan and well equipped it is the perfect place to relax and recharge.
