We are located on 1.5 miles of private Bulkley River frontage and world class fishing. It is 5 minute walk to the river. This is a quiet rural setting 10 minutes to Smithers. Kathlyn Creek Cottage in Smithers B.C.

A few acres just minutes from Smithers downtown. The Cottage's vista views up to Hudson Bay peaks. Kathlyn Creek meanders through the property, making for a great summer and winter retreat. It may be a "wee" Cottage, but a kid's loft and en-suite bedroom make for a cozy getaway for a family or two friends. Kids under 10 are free to stay with their parents. Harvey Mountain Crash Pad

Located just a 5 minute walk to Lake Kathlyn beach and a 5 minute drive to Smithers with mountain and lake views. This suite is on the ground floor of our two storey house. My girlfriend and I live upstairs with our two dogs. There is a BBQ to use on our covered deck and a fire pit that you're welcome to use as well. If you're traveling with a boat, sleds, quads, etc. we have a large fenced compound to park them in. Also a heated shop to thaw out sleds for an additional cost.
