At Fern Grass Residences Condominium, we have a brand new 1 bedroom with a balcony unit, with a modern, bright, well lit interior design. It comes with all of the necessities that a guest would need for a pleasant stay. The area is where the public transportation hub of Quezon City. Business Travelers, students, couples, vacationers will enjoy this area as this is very accessible and very convenient location. We have a parking space but with a fee per night, a discounted rate for our guests.
