During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Enjoy the new apartment, renovated in Dec 2022, located in the center of Trieste (13 minutes walk from Piazza Unità), designed with style. The apartment is located in Via Gabiele Foschiatti. It is a pedestrian area, where you can find restaurants, bars, wine bars and small shops. The property is located on the third floor of a historic Trieste building equipped with a lift without architectural barriers. Very sunny, comfortable and welcoming.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

MiraMar - Extraordinary sea view apartment

Attic apartment with its own entrance, large balcony & hidden terrace: a unique view over the Adriatic sea. Children & pets friendly, located just 10 min walk from Piran' s city center, but up on a hill. Very quiet area to relax and enjoy. Private parking place in shade in front of the house, which is rare for Piran' s area. The view is breathtaking! Quite and green neighbourhood. Perfect stay for families.

Recently renovated, maintaining as far as possible the original building materials (wood , stones, etc.), keeping an eye on minimalism, yet on functionality. Bright, quiet, warm, airy (very high ceilings), modern but classic, style and good vibrations ! Fiber optic superfast broadband Internet. Note: 5th floor, no elevator!

It's all about the location ! You can jump in the see, or smell it 20m from your leaving room… and return to you cozy apartment for a refreshment. New place, carefully rebuilt under traditional old façade approved by monuments protection authority.

I would like to welcome you to my cozy house, modernly decorated and fully equipped, close to the sea, at walking distance from beaches (100 m), 50 m from water park /spa center, bus stop. Green and silent private street. Enjoy :)
