Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Uno splendido loft di 70 mq vi accoglie con un salone vetrato sul mare e la cittá. Intimo e silenzioso, ha una camera matrimoniale separata e un divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno, per ospitare fino a 4 persone. La cucina ha ogni comfort: lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina illycaffé, lavatrice. L'esposizione a Sud e il riflesso del mare regalano alla casa una luce calda e armoniosa, in estate l'aria condizionata regala sonni tranquilli. Parcheggio e terrazza vista mare e città. Unico!

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.
