Our lakehouse equipped with mini fridge and chairs while looking out over beautiful Lake Simcoe. Lakehouse is available late spring to early fall. This cozy cottage is newly renovated with all the comforts for a much needed getaway. Available for your use is a badminton net, 2 kayaks and a large canoe (seasonal). There is also a secure lock up for your bicycles.

Its not hard to relax and unwind with a coffee in front of the fire, or go and explore along the private forest trails (1-2k of walking trails). As well, downtown Bracebridge is a convenient 10 minute drive away with all amenities. There is a veggie garden on the property and depending when you come you can pick away at it :) Pets are welcome in the home!

Available winter months for simple relaxing accommodation. Hosts live on the upper floor and will be available to assist but will respect your privacy.

Our lakeside home in Cook’s Bay offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is just an hour from the GTA—perfect for a peaceful getaway. You may spot local wildlife like geese or ducks around the lake and docks, but they won’t block access. The property is pet-friendly; please clean up after your dogs and prevent them from entering neighboring properties. *Note:per city regulations, the dock is removed from mid-October to mid-May.
