Pretty quiet country 2 bed 2 bath home very cleanNice, Mobile home in country on 1.5 acres. 7 mile from downtown Newberry. Very private and very comfortable. If you’re looking for something fancy this is not it. But I guarantee it’s very nice , sparkling clean and very comfortable . Includes use of patio with gas and charcoal grill, patio furniture and outdoor games. 10x10 outdoor dog run and fire pit in back yard. No cats and Pre-approval for all dogs. Pets can't be left unattended unless crated.
