Boddington Mill

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The Old Factory, Carding Mill

A historic building in the heart of Carding Mill Valley, National Trust site. The Old Factory is the oldest building in the valley, in the middle of the Shropshire hills. Hill walks, cycling, star gazing, and wild swimming from your door, then home to the ideal place to relax. This ground floor apartment, with courtyard, is a beautiful stroll into Church Stretton with independent shops, pubs, cafes, and train station. There's also a National Trust cafe two doors away, stocked with treats.
