Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Studio on Higgins - In the heart of Margaret River

Studio on Higgins is in the heart of Margaret River town. You are a hop, skip & jump to local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & a brewery on the main street. Our back gate opens up to the amazing Margaret River, Old Kate Rotary Park, forest walks, bike trails, Old settlement, the Hairy Marron coffee shop & bike hire. We are a short car ride to the beach and beautiful wineries & breweries. Please read description before booking! We want guests to be informed & aware of our space & situation.

We are situated directly across the road from lovely walking trails. Only a five minute drive to downtown Margaret River so you won't miss a beat. We know you will love your stay.

Jersey Queen Guesthouse (free 2pm late checkout)

Jersey Queen is a 2-bedroom duplex guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in an adjoining property with a young child and dog. Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Offshore Ridge

Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Cactus Cottage - bringing the outside in.

Welcome to Cactus Cottage, your getaway in Margaret River. Located in a residential area, our spacious home offers a great escape while still being close to town. Cosy up by the open fire or unwind on the sunlit verandah, surrounded by a lovely garden. With its light-filled interiors and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, Cactus Cottage is designed for comfort and relaxation. Whether you’re here for a weekend or a longer stay, you’ll feel right at home.

Your studio is close to everything with the added joy of relaxing in a garden. w Walk to town and the local farmers market. The studio and main house are separated by a central patio area. Guests have their own entry and private garden and patio. The owners will use a separate space during your stay. If availability is not on the calendar, please feel free to ask, as I often have dates blocked for personal use and may be able to unlock the date.

Forest Retreat 2

A cosy, self-contained & private space with beautiful views of the surrounding trees. The guest suite is adjoined to the back of the main house on the property. Forest Retreat 2 can accommodate two adults and is also pet friendly. Walking and cycling trails through the forest surrounding the Margaret River are at your doorstep, and the centre of town is only a short stroll away.
