Welcome to our cozy hideaway! Located in the eclectic, walkable Ballard neighborhood - a 10 min drive from downtown Seattle. Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. We just love hosting, and we hope you'll feel that through our offerings - an exceptionally private, clean, and comfortable unit with a variety of little extras to make you feel at home.

'the Hut': a Garden in Magnolia

'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.

Escape & relax in this farmhouse cottage. This is a small 2-story house, NOT a studio. Enjoy a glass of wine in the swinging chair, or curl up with a book or laptop in the upstairs reading nook. This property boasts a full kitchen, large fridge-freezer, shower bathroom w/ laundry, & beautiful, rustic interior style. Private fenced back yard *Street parking only (it's free 24/7) - The driveway is private property of the main house. The sofa doubles as a twin sized bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress

Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Visitors will have driveway parking, a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, and private bath. Carport is your private patio area.

Large picture windows make you feel like you are part of the forest. Enjoy visiting the Norwegian town of Poulsbo, yet Seattle is not far away.
